The human body needs over 70 minerals and trace minerals to carry out all necessary bodily processes. The body needs minerals. The U.S. Department Of Agriculture lists almost all soils as mineral depleted and deficient in the USA. The World Health Organization (WHO) stated all third-world countries' soils are mineral depleted and is the major cause of most diseases. Medical science also supports these statements with numerous discoveries linking mineral deficiencies to disease--osteoporosis, heart and liver disease, anemia, congenital birth defects, and more. Restating the obvious, a diet lacking in essential and trace minerals is more likely to lead to poor health.

The question is, how capable is the human body of utilizing these essential elements? Before minerals can be utilized, they must first be converted from their particular colloidal state to a microcolloidal state. QUALITY OR QUANTITY?

When what is known today, as the "Recommended Dietary Allowance" or "Daily Value" was developed, detailed information was not yet available on the capabilities of delivery systems which we now have available today through new technologies. Because of the poor bioavailability of common forms of these nutrients, much greater amounts were needed in order for the body to absorb even a small fraction of the nutrient.

Researchers have subsequently evaluated nutrients individually to determine exactly what amounts the body requires for optimum nutrition. We also know that nutrients do not work alone and cannot be assimilated unless certain other nutrients are present as well. For example Vitamin E needs Inositol, Manganese and Selenium; Copper requires Folic Acid, Cobalt, Iron and Zinc, etc. Therefore, when all of these nutrients are present together (e.g. taking Maximol Solutions^® with Curb^®) they create a synergistic effect that helps nutrients become much more powerful, because they are more bioavailable to the body.

Several conditions must be present for optimal nutritional benefit:

 Minerals must be ionic in size (sub-colloidal).

 Nutrients must be positively charged for the most efficient attraction and uptake by the negatively charged intestinal walls.

 Nutrients must be encased in or attached to something recognizable by the body, such as a liposome or fulvates.

 Nutrients must be perfectly balanced with one another for optimal assimilation and function.

Recently, there has been a lot of discussion about colloidal minerals and whether or not they really work. Neways Inc. has always taken the position that:

 Colloidal minerals are not effective because they cannot be absorbed.

 All minerals not chelated or complexed to an organic molecule are ineffective and unusable.

 "Organic colloidal" minerals are somewhat usable but less efficient because of their large molecular size.

 "Organic ionic" minerals are the most effective because of their small size, and their organic bonding triggers absorption into the body and acceptance by the cell.

 Ionic size minerals are the most effective, since they're the smallest molecular size. Regardless of the small size of an ionic mineral, it is absolutely essential that they be complexed with an organic molecule to be absorbed by the intestinal tract and utilized by the cell.

 One must understand the difference in classes of minerals. Colloidal minerals contain the largest clusters of minerals forming compounds that can remain in a solution without settling out by the force of gravity. They are in a "suspension" but are not dissolved into a "solution." Colloidal minerals cannot be absorbed or utilized without an organic molecule attached to them. Even then, absorption is often poor due to their large size.

 "Organic colloidal" minerals from humic shale are effective to a small degree. This is due to the fact that there are some organic micro-colloidal and even a few ionic minerals present as well. These smaller molecular size mineral compounds penetrate more easily than the larger colloidal compounds. This may be the real reason for the claims made associated with colloidal minerals. However, if any of these minerals in any size are not complexed or chelated with an organic molecule, they cannot be effective.

 Absorption for Maximol Solutions^® has always been significantly better than colloidal formulations. The majority of their mineral contents have always been in both micro-colloidal and ionic sizes. These smaller sizes make absorption and penetration easier when these minerals are complexed with organic compounds.

USAGE

Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening to maintain shelf life.

Take on an empty stomach before any other supplements. (Note: If taking Maximol on an empty stomach creates a nauseous feeling, then take it with food. Everything in the formula will still be absorbed, just not as quickly.)

Some Maximol users may have noticed a slight variance in color from bottle to bottle. This is perfectly normal when dealing with a natural formula. In the formulation for the Maximol Solutions^® a natural raspberry flavoring and coloring is used. With time, the natural coloring will fade causing the color of the product to change to a lighter red and, in some cases, to a shade of yellow. This will vary with batches because the natural coloring fades at different rates. This is why a bottle with a very red coloring and then one with a lighter red and possibly yellow might be received. This situation only affects its color of the product and does not change the potency or effectiveness of the product at all.

Neways' Research and Development team has conducted tests on the product and is currently working on a way to slow down the fading process, but until then rest assured, if you receive a bottle of Maximol Solutions^® that is not the brightest color of red--the taste and benefits will remain the same.
